We are about to embark on a journey of learning together. It is my calling to help empower parents to have their best pregnancy, birth and early parenting experience through helping them to understand choices, the process of birth and how to tap into their innate strength and deeper knowing. I will provide you with information, resources, tools and emotional support to help guide you on your personal journeys.

You will have homework in this program! Whether that is to try on a new way of being, work on shifting a mindset, reading a book with your partner, or creating new, healthy habits, your success depends on how invested you are.
